This article analyzes the role of the National Uniformization Panel (TNU) under the Presidency of Justice Antonio Carlos Ferreira, highlighting institutional initiatives and representative judgments of high-impact controversies, especially Topics 213 and 245. It demonstrates that, during his tenure, the TNU consolidated theses with broad social and procedural repercussions, strengthening the uniformity of jurisprudence within the Federal Small Claims Courts. The decisions examined - such as the possibility of challenging the effectiveness of the EPI (Topic 213), the maintenance of the status of bona fide insured (Topic 245), the extension of the grace period (Topic 255), and the fungibility of benefits (Topic 217) - illustrate the commitment to protecting fundamental social security rights, streamlining litigation, and engaging with precedents from the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Supreme Federal Court (STF). The study highlights the legacy of a more mature and efficient TNU, aligned with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and legitimate trust.
