Abstract

The scope of this work is to demonstrate the similarity
between the rural pledge (agricultural and livestock) and
the credit pledge that falls on credit titles, credit rights,
financial investments and securities, claiming an analogous
solution provided for in the final part of s5 of the art. 49 of
the LRF.
