Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the institute of civil liability in the work environment. Due to the special nature of labor relations, the nuances of such an institute in this specialized field are outlined. The increasing imputation of objective liability in labor convictions is highlighted, in addition to highlighting the importance of promoting a healthy work environment, through risk management, a condition that benefits both parties when dealing with an employment relationship.
