This article aims to analyze the National Register of Class Actions as a tool to help contain the repetition of class actions. Through a theoretical-doctrinal approach, the study presents the problem of the repetition of class actions and examines the role of the Judiciary in their containment in light of the principle of cooperation. From this perspective, the study evaluates the usefulness of the National Register of Class Actions and how judges should utilize it to achieve this goal.
