Abstract

This article aims to analyze the modulation of effects carried out by the Superior Labor Court (Tribunal Superior do Trabalho - TST) in the judgment of Repetitive Appeal Theme No. 20 (Tema de Recursos Repetitivos nº 20). Through a theoretical-doctrinal approach, the study addresses the issue of the improper revival of prescription periods that have already elapsed and assesses its legality.
