This article examines the main transformations that have taken place in Labor Justice in recent years, with particular emphasis on the impact of technological innovations on procedural dynamics and the administration of justice. The implementation of the Electronic Judicial Process (PJe) stands out as a key milestone in the digitalization of procedures, promoting greater efficiency, transparency, and accessibility, while also posing adaptation challenges for legal practitioners. These changes were significantly accelerated by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which required the widespread adoption of digital tools, such as remote hearings and virtual court proceedings, thereby consolidating practices that had previously evolved more gradually. In this context, there has also been a growing use of artificial intelligence systems aimed at automating routine tasks, facilitating case screening, and supporting decision-making processes. Despite these advances, the incorporation of such technologies remains at an early stage, raising important technical, ethical, and legal challenges, particularly with regard to ensuring due process, data protection, and the preservation of judicial independence. It is therefore concluded that the technological modernization of Labor Justice is an ongoing process that requires critical reflection and continuous institutional development.
